Todd Wexman
Chief Principal
Todd is responsible for financing, approvals, and permitting as well as the oversight of all other divisions. He coordinates required off-site work including road construction, and utilities. He also handles communication with political offices and neighborhood organizations. Over his twenty-five years of real estate experience, Todd has focused on real estate finance. His experiences include both debt and equity financing of residential and commercial real estate. He has invested equity in a multitude of residential and commercial projects for various capital sources. An active member of the community since he moved to Silver Lake in 1994, Todd has served on the Board of the Silver Lake Residents’ Association and was the Treasurer of the Friends of Ivanhoe Elementary School while his children attended. He has been on the Glendale Freeway Terminus Committee, the Downtown Redcar Advisory Committee board, and was the President of USC’s Real Estate Alumni and Friends organization. Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Lawrence University and obtained an MBA from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors.
Jeff Farrington
Director of Development
Jeff manages all new and existing development activities. He works closely with municipal staff, utility companies, and political offices to obtain the approvals and clearances needed to move 4Site’s projects forward. Using his experience as a city planner, Jeff is also involved with the strategic planning and acquisition of new properties and development opportunities. Jeff has several years of public sector experience and has worked for local governments in New York City, Washington DC, and West Hollywood. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and Master of City Planning degree from UC Berkeley.
Catherine Lorenz
Director of Design
Catherine is responsible for interior design, landscaping, and all marketing materials. She has specialized in architecture and fine art graphic design for over 20 years. Catherine was the Director of Graphic Design for The Jerde Partnership, an international architecture firm, where she was responsible for graphic design for all divisions including architecture, marketing, interior design, and landscape design. Catherine has been an independent designer specializing in architecture and fine art publications since 1985. She obtained a BS in Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and has taught graphic design courses at Otis College of Art and Design and California Institute of Arts. Catherine currently designs at the J. Paul Getty Museum in their Publications Department.
Krystle Reyes
Development Manager
Krystle manages 4Site’s accounting, loan draws, and administrative functions. She also manages the third party property managers and development material ordering. She has over a decade of residential real estate experience. In her prior position she oversaw the management of apartment managers at properties comprising over 1,000 units and conducted acquisitions due diligence. Her responsibilities then included managing property renovations, budgets, payroll, payables and receivables. Krystle attended Pasadena City College.
Bridget Wexman
Development Manager
Bridget Wexman is a development manager for 4Site Real Estate since 2020. She has primary responsibility for the development of specific projects which includes obtaining permits, supervising the construction trades, and securing the certificate of occupancy. She also works closely with utility companies for the duration of projects to establish services. Prior to joining 4Site, Bridget was Operations Manager for Libertine, where she was responsible for development, sales, logistics, and accounts receivable. As an East Los Angeles native, she draws on her understanding of local neighborhoods to develop and build in ways that complement the project locations. Bridget graduated Magna Cum Laude with her BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Susan Novilla
Controller
Susan Novilla joined the 4Site Team in 2020 as the Controller for both the development and property management divisions. She is responsible for entity financial reporting, investor reporting, cash management, financial controls, tax returns, due diligence, and day to day accounting management. Susan has a CPA designation from the Philippines where she was a banker and a college professor. She initially migrated to Micronesia where she worked as the Chief Accounting Officer for one of the island states. She then migrated to the USA and held Controllership positions in the garment industry before transitioning into the real estate industry. She has been a Controller for over a decade in both the commercial and residential real estate businesses.
